TGIF

So it's finally friday!! Thank God! I came into work today to find an anonymous Thank You note on my desk. Someone at my office had left thank you notes for the employees. It really brightened my day, this person said: You take challenging tasks and you attack them and you do them well. You have a sense of humor that comes out at just the right time to make others laugh and feel comfortable. You also seem to care about others and helping them in any way you can. Thanks.

I've only worked here for four months but this is probably one of the nicest things I have ever experienced at a job. I think sometimes we get so stressed and caught up with our jobs that we don't think anyone notices our hard work. I also sit in the back office and do not have much interaction with the rest of the employees. I feel like the weekend has started off on a postive note. Tomorrow I am participating in the Breast Cancer Walk downtown and am really excited about it. I started jogging a few weeks ago and am working towards being able to actually run at some point maybe even do a 5k or something. It's a big goal but I think we all need goals, personal and professional.
